This popup message comes up due to one of two reasons: store inventory change or store location error.
Make sure the app has you shopping at the correct store location and that you’re connected to the free in-store Wi-Fi.
While Shop Fetch tries to keep a thorough record of product UPCs, sometimes store inventory changes before our database can be updated.
If you get this error message and have confirmed that you have the correct location selected in-app, put the item aside in your cart and let the cashier know about the popup message before your barcode is scanned.
You could also stop by the the store’s service desk and let an associate there know you received this message, so that management can be alerted as well.
